Analysis of a finite‐buffer bulk‐service queue with discrete‐Markovian arrival process: D‐MAP/Ga,b/1/N

Discrete‐time queues with D‐MAP arrival process are more useful in modeling and performance analysis of telecommunication networks based on the ATM environment. This paper analyzes a finite‐buffer discrete‐time queue with general bulk‐service rule, wherein the arrival process is D‐MAP and service times are arbitrarily and independently distributed. The distributions of buffer contents at various epochs (departure, random, and prearrival) have been obtained using imbedded Markov chain and supplementary variable methods. Finally, some performance measures such as loss probability and average delay are discussed. Numerical results are also presented in some cases. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Designing a screening experiment for highly reliable products

Within a reasonable life‐testing time, how to improve the reliability of highly reliable products is one of the great challenges to today's manufacturers. By using a resolution III experiment together with degradation test, Tseng, Hamada, and Chiao (1995) presented an interesting case study of improving the reliability of fluorescent lamps. However, in conducting such an experiment, they did not address the problem of how to choose the optimal settings of variables, such as sample size, inspection frequency, and termination time for each run, which are influential to the correct identification of significant factors and the experimental cost. Assuming that the product's degradation paths satisfy Wiener processes, this paper proposes a systematic approach to the aforementioned problem. First, an intuitively appealing identification rule is proposed. Next, under the constraints of a minimum probability of correct decision and a maximum probability of incorrect decision of the proposed identification rule, the optimum test plan (including the determinations of inspection frequency, sample size, and termination time for each run) can be obtained by minimizing the total experimental cost. 数字化部队指挥网络系统效能评价模型

以结构熵理论为基础,分析数字化部队作战指挥信息网络系统组织结构对系统内信息流的影响,从信息的角度对系统组织结构的有序度进行评价,引入信息流的时效和质量的概念,建立定量评价系统结构有序度计算的时效质量模型,结合系统数据传输业务效能的评价方法,形成作战指挥信息网络系统整体综合效能的评价模型。最后辅以实例。     

精密磨床主轴回转误差补偿技术的研究

本文在分析精密磨床主轴回转误差运动特点的基础上,提出了基于时序建模理论的随机运动误差补偿方案,并介绍了采用信号处理器TMS32010实现高速补偿控制的方法及初步实验结果。     

综合环网通信协议的研究

本文根据LAN(局域网络)的现状和发展趋势的讨论,指出光纤环网是未来综合业务局网的优选网络,提出了适合于ISRN(综合业务环网)中综合业务交换的帧结构,给出了ISRN中的通信协议的分层描述,提出了实现边界移动的方法,实现了以信令格式和边界可动策略为基础的信令处理软件。     

自适应跳频通信受扰信道无源确认技术

及时确认被干扰信道是自适应跳频通信躲避干扰的前提。本文提出了一种受扰信道无源自适应预测评估算法 ,无需发射信号就可以识别干扰信道并预先躲避 ,从而提高了系统的抗干扰性能 ,方法简单 ,易于实现。     

海湾战争与舰船维修

在论述舰船战时雏修保障重要作用的基础上,总结了美海军在海湾战争中实施战前检修及战时抢修的基本活动和经验,提出了我军舰船战时维修保障建设的基本思路及措施。     

用时序展开法求解瞬时无耗传输线方程

本文用时序展开法直接在时域中求解了任意终端和输入端时无耗时变传输线方程。给出了这个问题的一般解。此方法简单,结果的物理意义明确,对分析准行波系统的时域问题具有一定的参考价值。     

基于服务网格工作流技术的联合作战实验平台

为实现全军作战实验资源共享和跨军种的协同实验,提出了一种基于服务网格和网格工作流技术的联合作战实验平台构建方法.一方面利用服务网格技术实现分布、动态、异构实验资源的有效集成和共享,加强实验平台的通用性、灵活性和重用性;另一方面,在平台建设中引入面向服务网格的工作流技术,使得能够在动态变化的环境中,根据实验需求优化实验作业逻辑和执行过程,选择、配置和调度相应的实验资源完成指定的任务,实现跨军种的资源共享和协同实验.
